Great leadership begins with something deeper than a title—it begins with what inspires us, who we aspire to become, and what motivates us to act. I AM THE STORM is an engaging Project 41 leadership workshop that helps participants explore the people, experiences, values, and challenges that shape their leadership. Through reflection and interactive activities, participants identify what inspires them, clarify the kind of leader they want to become, and connect that aspiration to the motivation and daily actions required to lead with purpose. The workshop also examines how leaders respond when pressure, change, and adversity test those commitments, helping participants build greater self-awareness, character, and intentionality in the way they influence others.

PLC Connections
Project 41’s PLC Connection workshop strengthens the people, relationships, and habits that make Professional Learning Communities effective.
Using the ASPIRE. ACT. PROGRESS. approach, teams build trust, improve communication, and use student and school data to identify needs, ask better questions, make informed decisions, and take purposeful action.
Participants connect data with the practices and behaviors they can influence, creating clear next steps, shared accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
The goal is simple: stronger educators, stronger teams, better use of data, and healthier school cultures that support student success.

ASPIRE
ASPIRE: A Framework for Personal & Professional Growth
The Project 41 ASPIRE Framework is built around the belief that sustainable performance and well-being require us to intentionally develop the whole person. Inspired by the Greek concept of Areté—striving toward excellence and becoming your best self—ASPIRE focuses on five interconnected areas: living Soulfully, Physically, Intellectually, Relationally, and Emotionally. Through practical strategies, reflection, and intentional action, participants examine where they are thriving, identify areas that deserve greater attention, and create realistic steps toward greater balance and growth. ASPIRE isn't about achieving perfection in every area; it's about making purposeful, incremental progress in the areas that matter most.

This interactive Project 41 workshop helps educators and school leaders examine the everyday behaviors, relationships, and expectations that shape school culture.
Participants explore practical ways to strengthen trust, communication, connection, collaboration, and shared responsibility while identifying small, intentional actions that can create meaningful cultural change.
The goal is simple: help schools build stronger people, stronger teams, and healthier cultures where both students and staff can thrive.

The Road To Antifragile
The Road to Antifragile workshop helps educators, leaders, and teams move beyond simply “bouncing back” from challenges and learn how to grow stronger through them.
Through practical strategies, reflection, and interactive activities, participants explore how mindset, relationships, habits, and intentional action can turn stress, change, and adversity into opportunities for growth.
The goal is to help people become more adaptable, confident, and prepared to navigate challenges—while contributing to stronger teams, healthier school cultures, and continued progress.

Individual sessions help individuals learn tools to grow in their respective roles, Session introduce and reinforce ideals that will help them work with colleagues (and students if applicable), and work on their leadership mindsets or help them develop in 5 areas of personal/professional fitness by using our I AM and ASPIRE models to facilitate the process with our clients.
Presentations and interactive workshops provide one or multiple day events that will help support your business, school, and/or group progress in many ways. Our team uses our I AM and/or ASPIRE models to customize the workshops/presentations to meet your needs.
Keynotes/Assemblies will cater to what you are wanting for your listeners. This service ranges from student to staff/business settings. Our keynotes/assemblies are designed around our I AM and ASPIRE models, as well as Progress Over Perfection. One or more of our team members will script a presentation tailored for your audience.
